The art of living beyond walls
Where light, air, nature, and everyday life become part of the design.
The Third Space
The second space serves you.
The third space is where
architecture comes alive.
The most memorable spaces exist between architecture and landscape. Between shelter and openness. Between comfort and connection.
The Third Space reconnects us to the world around us — to light, air, nature, place, and ultimately to one another.
At T3S, we design and coordinate these environments.
How should this space feel?
Before selecting systems, structures, or materials, we begin by understanding how the space should be experienced.
The experience comes first. Everything else follows.
Many Hands.
One Vision.
The best outdoor environments are never the work of one discipline alone.
T3S brings together designers, engineers, fabricators, installers, and specialty partners around a shared vision. Our role is to guide that process with clarity, intention, and care.
